Allison is a Principal at LBBA and leads the firm’s accounting and office operations. Her efficiency and ability to maintain an even workflow of the office’s daily operations instantly made her an integral part of the team. Today her responsibilities include HR, budgeting, and financial planning. She also works closely with the Principals and Project Managers on project reporting and billing.

Prior to joining LBBA full time, Allison worked for various Architectural, Landscape and Interior Design firms throughout Chicago on business development and accounting. Through that experience, she’s gained a concentrated knowledge of the inner-workings of design firms. This knowledge along with her no-nonsense approach of converting ideas into action, has always made her stand out.

In addition, Allison has enjoyed working with several non-for-profit groups including Architreaures and Chicago Public Art Group.
