Affordable + Mixed-Income Supportive Housing
IN PROGRESS
The SACRED project consists of a newly constructed 103,750GSF, 4 & 5-story, 81-unit supportive housing building on a site of approximately 1.37 acres (59,875sf) located at the corner southwest corner of E. 92nd Street and S. Burley Avenue. The building provides a mix of unit types from studios to 4 bedrooms units to support the diverse needs of the neighborhood. The “L” shaped building defines the corner and addresses the street while providing a safe and protected naturally landscaped garden, resident patio, and playground exterior spaces at the rear.
On-site parking will consist of a 44 car surface parking lot located at the south end of the site. A landscaped buffer will be provided along Burley. Additionally, 5 accessible parking spaces will be provided behind the building near the rear building entry. A drop off area will be located at the residential building entry on the east side of the building on Burley Avenue.
