The Foglia Residences at The Chicago Lighthouse is the first LIHTC building in the country for the blind. The 9-story, 76-unit building is located on land donated by The Chicago Lighthouse (TCL). TCL is a nonprofit that is the largest employer of persons with visual disabilities in Illinois and provides a wide variety of services on site.
