Brookwood at Antioch is a 66-unit multi-building community in the Chaumiere neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri. Once the site of a dilapidated motel, this mixed-income development underwent an extensive and fruitful community process to understand how best to reinvent the unused land. The development includes a combination of townhomes and apartment buildings with a 5,000 sf community building featuring a leasing office, conference space, workout facilities, and classrooms for service providers. The townhouses and multi-family buildings encompass two courtyards, creating a strong sense of community while maintaining a residential feel at the street front. To provide ample housing options, units are a mix of one, two, three, four, and five-bedrooms. The development also includes play lots, garden plots, and school bus loading zones. 

Brookwood at Antioch is the sixth phase of Brinshore Development, the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (HAKC), and the City of Kansas City, MO's Choice Neighborhoods (CNI) revitalization effort. The development is certified bronze through the National Green Building System rating system.
